Description
- Lead programs end-to-end, coordinating and managing the execution of work across cross-functional and globally distributed teams.
- Be the liaison between the product management and software development teams.
- Very critical of the process & resource utilization by keeping a sharp eye on the end business outcome & being able to drive the cross functional teams objectively.
- Build & drive end to end tracking & delivery of items across stages of development with key metrics – time, cost, quality & calling out key highlights/low lights week on week.
- Very hands on with JIRA, Confluence usage & automation to provide complete transparency & find continuous areas of improvement.
- Produce weekly status reports and attend weekly status meetings.
- Absolutely data & analytics driven who’s can drive decisions & come up with areas of improvements on time tracking of the items, costs incurred, effort optimization, defect leakage ratios, sprint allocation across key buckets etc.
- Develop project plans (including comprehensive timelines), which include defining milestones, tasks and activities needed to achieve project goals.
- Lead program scoping with architecture, engineering, and senior leaders
- Maintain a quarterly view of defined, prioritized, and scoped work.
- Keep senior executives and business teams updated on project timelines and results.
- Identify and proactively manage program risk and collaborate with other program and project managers to mitigate risks across the portfolio.
- Drive Testing & QA motions with Tech and QA Team.
- Connects the dots on business requirement & technical delivery roadmap to ensure the short-term objectives are delivered on time while keeping the sight on medium to long term objectives.
- Embed an agile software development methodology, taking a lead to ensure a culture of continuous iteration and collaboration flows through the entire organization.
